1: Plz read the reviews,

2: Because of art workshops the main room is sometimes untidy. 

3: No drugs or smoking. Drink in moderation.  

4: Noise quiet after 11pm - the neighbour has to get up early for work 

I try to make it more like a family home - a happy vibe between friends than a typical super clean'n'tidy airbnb.

However if you are only staying for a short time isn't necessary to be an artist or art lover.
