I dont like organising but i think i'm reasaonable in a team... When CHOCAArts was in Lisbon it was run by a small team. In Caldas i dont have a team so feel alone and lost
Lisbon = a big city = lot more people...
Caldas = small city = much less people .
I've spoken to other people who all agree that Caldas is very nice but people in small cities simply dont do activities.
